Outer space aliens are safe in Denver air space

Posted on: November 4, 2010

On November 2nd the voters of Denver, Colorado voted on Initiative 300 that would have set up a commission  to monitor aliens as well as setting up a website to allow members of the public to report UFO sightings.

The initiative asked voters to “adopt an initiated ordinance to require the creation of an extraterrestrial affairs commission to help ensure the health, safety and cultural awareness of Denver residents and visitors in relation to potential encounters or interactions with extraterrestrial intelligent beings or their vehicles.”

This initiative was defeated by 80% of the voters. Aliens from outer space can now fly over Denver and not be afraid of being tracked. With more important matters facing the nation, why did this initiative even get legs to be put on a ballot? At least the voters agreed that there are more important matters to take care of than tracking outer space aliens.

Denver can’t even track illegal aliens in their city, so why should we give credibility to outer space aliens.
