I have a bone to pick with Michelle Malkin

Posted on: August 17, 2011

Michelle Malkin is a political conservative who is very opinionated in her views of being a Conservative. She is a staunch conservative and that is okay but sometimes she is not very flexible in her opinions.

Take for example her latest article on Rick Perry. Now I don’t know much about Rick Perry, the Governor of Texas, who is running for president, but I like to hear what he has to say and take a look at his record as governor in Texas.

However, according to Malkin she claims Rick Perry’s one time legislation in approving the Gardasil vaccine mandate for children to Obama style medicine. According to her article she said that Perry signed a shocking executive order forcing every sixth-grade girl to submit to a three-jab regimen of the Gardasil vaccine. He also forced state health officials to make the vaccine available
“free” to girls ages 9 to 18. The drug, promoted by manufacturer Merck as an effective shield against the sexually transmitted human papillomavirus (HPV) and genital warts, as well as cervical cancer, had only been approved by the Food and Drug Administration eight months prior to Perry’s edict.

Now Governor Perry said that he didn’t do his research well enough on this subject and he regrets signing this legislation. If you  remember, that was the big deal five years ago – to get young girls vaccinated. I personally would not have my granddaughters vaccinated at age nine or ten for this drug. I would wait until I saw more results from research.

But that’s not the point here. The point is that Malkin is such a hard-line conservative that if any conservative trips up once or doesn’t follow the conservative point of view then that person is not fit to run as a Republican for the presidency.

Come on Michelle, did you ever make a mistake in your life and wish to have a “do-over”?  Sorry some of the Republican candidates for president can’t live up to your standards. But heck if we went by what you want, we wouldn’t have anyone running for president
– oh wait may it should be you Michelle?

I have to agree with you here, the dems will do their own hatchet job on Perry, we don’t need our own people giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

Blessings on you and yours
